Silent Auction Bidding with BidPal™

This year, you will use a BidPal device or your smartphone to participate in the Silent Auction. No bid sheets will be used to allow for easier access to items for bidding — no more crowding! A BidPal device will be provided at registration, or a BidPal Network connection will be made on your smartphone. Please see an Auction Representative if you’d like a volunteer concierge bidder to assist you in your bidding.

Your BidPal device will allow you to browse all silent auction items — item descriptions, value, bid increments, photo, and donor information. Use BidPal from anywhere during the event! Your BidPal device will be collected from your table at the beginning of dinner in the Grand Ballroom.

How Do I Find Items on the BidPal Device?
You can find items by pressing one of the three blue buttons on the Main Menu. You can search by Item Number or Item Type, browse through item photos.

How Do I Bid on an Item?
You can bid from anywhere in the Silent Auction area and Ballroom, any time until the auctions close! Find the item you are interested in by searching by package number, category, or browsing through photos. Find the item, select a bid price, then press Submit Bid.

What if I Need Help with BidPal?
If you need assistance at the event, please look for a BidPal Auction Helper wearing a blue ribbon and volunteer nametag. We can help!
