You will be treated to a delicious four-course gourmet dinner including soup, salad, an option of a vegetarian, vegan, fish, or beef entrée, and a decadent dessert. Each entree meal is gluten free. Limited donated red and white wine available at your table with premium seating. A cash bar is available in the ballroom for additional wine or cocktail purchases.

Cream of Broccoli and Cheddar with Red Pepper Jam

Water Cress, Arugula, and Lollarosa, Citrus Infused Bosc Pears, Feta Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Roasted Garlic Crostini, Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

 

Main Course Options:

Option 1:  Asian Marinated Filet with Okinawan Purple Whipped Potatoes, Sesame Ginger Glaze, Baby Bok Choy, Citrus Confit Garnish

Option 2:  Roasted Salmon with Strawberry Rhubarb Relish, Asparagus, Spring Pea Risotto and a Basil Oil Garnish

Option 3:  Vegetable Terrine with Polenta, Haricot Vert, Red Pepper Coulis

Option 4: Vegan - Grilled Zucchini Boat, Red Quinoa, Asparagus, Butternut Squash Puree
