You will be treated to a delicious four-course gourmet dinner including bread and soup, salad, an option of a vegetarian, fish, or meat entrée, and a decadent dessert. Limited donated red and white wine available with premium seating. Cash bar.
Some tasty treats on last year’s menu included roasted tomato bisque, whipped apple butter, endive salad with Asian pears and fried goat cheese, garlic-pepper crusted filet mignon with a sherry demi glaze, smoked paprika and orange wild salmon, butternut squash ravioli, and vanilla bean crème brûlée.
